All communications from us are in Japanese.
You are advised to register a valid telephone number and email address because we may call or email to confirm your order.
If we fail to contact you, your order may be cancelled.
Delivery service is limited to Japanese addresses only.
Payment Methods
You may select your payment method from among the following options: credit card payment, deferred payment (convenience store payment or postal/bank transfer), and payment on delivery. Notes on Credit Card Payment We do not accept credit cards issued outside Japan. Notes on Deferred Payment (convenience store payment or postal/bank transfer) If you choose deferred payment, the NP deferred payment service offered by Net Protections, Inc. applies. We provide your personal information to the company within the range that is necessary for performing the service and transfer the amount receivable to the company.
The upper limit for this service is 54,000 yen in total (incl. tax). Notes on Payment on Delivery Payment on delivery cannot be used if the shipping address is different from the billing address.
Email from our Online Shop
If you use a free email address (e.g., Yahoo, Gmail, QQ) and do not receive an email from our online shop, please check your inbox or spam folder. Notes on Order Confirmation We will send you an order confirmation email with correct shipping, handling and other fees within two business days.
Be sure to check the details of your order as shown in the email and complete the order confirmation procedure.
Please note that your order will be dispatched only after you have completed this procedure.
Return/Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or order cancellations for reasons not attributable to us.
However, should you ever receive a defective item or a product different from your order, please contact us promptly and we will replace it with a new one.
Since we only deliver within Japan, we only accept requests for replacement within Japan.
Please note that we only accept returns or requests for replacement if we are contacted within seven days of the product’s arrival at the designated shipping address.

Preservation of Product Quality
Our policy is for all of our products to undergo, in a sanitary environment, the minimum processing necessary to ensure safety before shipment.
Accordingly, most of our products are transported and stored chilled (10°C or below) or frozen (minus 18°C or below), and we ask that you refrain from carrying or transporting our products at any other temperature.
Please note that we will not be held responsible for any change or degradation in the quality of our products as a result of freezing chilled products, chilling frozen products, carrying/transporting/storing products for hours at room temperature, or the like.
Special Notes
Bocca Online Shopping is available only in Japan.
We do not accept orders from outside Japan.
